3. Project Agreement

Each project will be governed by a quotation, proposal, or service agreement outlining the scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. Any changes requested after project approval may require additional time and cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements.

  • Supplying necessary content, images, branding materials, and login credentials when required.

  • Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or contract.

  • A project may require an upfront deposit before work begins.

  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or delayed delivery.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project and source code will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

NG-CODER retains ownership of:

  • Internal development tools

  • Reusable code libraries

  • Frameworks

  • Templates

  • Third-party licensed components

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, or cloud platforms. NG-CODER is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policies of these third-party services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose confidential project details to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

9. Warranty

NG-CODER will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality solutions. Any bugs reported within the agreed support period will be corrected without additional development charges. This warranty does not cover:

  • Client modifications

  • Third-party software issues

  • Hosting or server problems

  • Changes outside the original project scope

10. Limitation of Liability

NG-CODER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our services.

11. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed contract. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

NG-CODER reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
